Utility Billing Customer Service Clerks and Field Operators are in the division of Finance/Utilities. Utility Billing consists of Customer Service Representatives, Cashiers, and Field Operators. It is our job to provide quality service to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Application for new service is processed during the business hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday, except on City observed holidays.
